Hello Again!
Milo is growing right before your eyes this week. As I’ve mentioned in my previous post, this week is dedicated to Milo since we’ll be celebrating his 1st birthday in just a few short days. As part of my efforts to take a photo everyday for 365 days, I’ve captured some really fun Milo moments.
In the second installment of Milo’s Birth-week, today you’ll enjoy photos from Milo’s life during 5 months to 8 months old. This period of babyhood means all sorts of fun things like teething, sitting up, crawling, and first foods!
So here’s a disclaimer: This is my real life, my real house, and we don’t have a maid. IGNORE the dirt, the clutter, and the messy kitchen.
Hopefully the cute smiling face is a big enough distraction.
Teething means chewing on anything within reach…even socks.
Milo has always loved stuffed animals. For awhile, he really loved this yellow cartoon giraffe looking thing. (There was a
family argument about WHAT the animal actually was, we settled on giraffe.)
…But currently he loves sleeping with his monkey. He’ll be sure to make another appearance later this week.
Look how he used to hold himself up. He’d bend his little hand backwards just like a gorilla.
Happy Birthday Daddy!
Airplane!
Daddy’s up to his tricks again!
Yes, he’s under there. 1st of all it’s February. Secondly, it was the best way to put him to sleep and keep him asleep when
we were going out. Most of the time, sadly, this is what my friends would see when we’d meet for playdates. Roman played
with his buddies while “little bits” slept in his carseat.
Doesn’t his sleeper remind you of sweetpea?
Oh, how’d this one get in here?! Not a Milo highlight but just too darn cute not to share!
That tongue. I loved that little tongue. He’d run his tongue in and out of his mouth. I’m sure his gums were just itchin’ for some teeth to come out.
On the move!
Love those baby back wrinkles!
Crawling means there’s all new things to discover…
…and stairs to climb.

The joys of baby food
Yesterday we ended at Christmas, so today, why not Easter? Thanks for taking the time to enjoy one of the biggest joys of my life!
These posts make me so happy . . . and a little bit anxious to meet our little one! You have such great pictures/memories – it really gets me excited for all I have to look forward too!
More great pics! Keep ’em coming!!
